Three times I've made individual purchases over several months, only for their website to take my money and not accept the order! MONEY I THEN HAVE TO WAIT AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE IT AUTOMATICALLY CHARGES BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT.
