I placed an order a week ago and they took my money but no confirmation email or anything online to prove I placed the order ... after 3 hours of getting cut off the phone and cut off the live chat they said my order had not gone through and the money would be refunded. One week later still no refund. It was for £160. So they have taken £160 from me for nothing! I will never use Argos again. Disgraceful.
