BAD, VERY BAD. AVOID ARGOS unless you enjoy being messed about. Shocking service, save yourself masses of time and frustration - do NOT place an online order. I placed an order online for 12 items, totalling £193 (inc £3.95 delivery). Some of the items were quite large, eg ironing board so I chose home delivery to save on multiple trips from car to shop to collect the items. Order was placed Thurs 28th May and stated all in stock. I chose Mon 1st June for delivery. Received order confirmation and delivery confirmation. Delivery driver arrived at expected time.p, BUT only 8 of the 12 items delivered and no explanation for missing items. No messages, either email or text. Full amount of £193 taken from bank account. Went onto online account, shows 4 items cancelled by Argos. No apologies, no explanation, nothing! Unable to get through to customer services on phone or online chat. £62 refund has since appeared on bank statement. I only placed this multiple order because it said everything would be delivered and, guess what, it was the big items which were cancelled 😬
