DISASTER. I wanted to order a laptop and to home delivery it. The laptop was still on the list online but I found out I could not order it and deliver to my home neither collect it in any shop. No stock. Then I ordered another one and was obligated to collect it in London, I live in Birmingham. I ordered the laptop, a mouse, a bag and a Norton antivirus. 4 items. I god only three of them antivirus was missing. I realised it when I got home. I contacted the phone number of the shop where I collected. So far I have contacted more than 20 argos numbers but all of them speak robot and tell go to online chat at argos.co.uk. I go to online chat and what does it say?
