Have been trying to get a VAT receipt (which the advisor said they would send but have still not received).
I have tried to contact them and cannot - the live chat did just kept spinning and received a message to say that I must have been cut off so tried again live chat connected at 10.33 and it said that I would be dealt with within 28 minutes. It is now 11.25 and I have still not been dealt with. - Service is absolutely appaling.
