I ordered a fridge and paid for it, received confirmation message and awaited the delivery. I didn't receive the item and I called the customer care team and they advised me to go for live chat. I waited for about 2 hours to get someone online and got a reply that the delivery man called to the given number and no one answered. I haven't received any calls and I awaited the delivery since morning. Their customer service is disgusting. Im still awaiting my money to credit to my account.
