Unbelievable customer service under the current circumstances! Bought a product in December they no longer sell and have the original click and collect email. Emailed their head office who just said stuff, we dont sell it anymore, can't get it repaired so take it back to the store for a toy used twice due to lockdown!!
I can't wait for the day when Amazon take all their business who know how customer service should be...
