Purchased a Rise & Recline leather armchair in Feb 2020.
I have severe Cerebral Palsy and have to use this type of chair to help transfer to/from powered wheelchair.
The recline mechanism has failed so contacted Argos, who referred me to Castelan (their insurance repair coy).
Told by them that because item is still under 12months old, the warranty(Argos) should sort out problem, but Argos insist Castelan do the repair. I need this chair fully functioning ASAP. Argos currently not taking phone calls only web chat, if you have plenty of time to waste waiting for a reply.
