Purchased cooker online for £400..recieved invoice which said i will be contacted in couple of days about delivery....this order was an emergency purchase as family cooker was flood damaged. 6 days later still awaiting response for delivery...so rang them to be put on hold for 20 mins and then to be casually told that item was out of stock and refund would take couple of days.what a joke of a company
