Argos has gone downhill
Badly over the past year or possibly since Sainsbury’s took them over and got their feet under the table. Now they rarely have stock available and I can rarely get delivery of large items with a message that’s says no delivery available in your area. Customer service online chat takes forever as it seems the person on the other end just keeps saying “ I’m sorry for keeping you waiting “ and they have no idea about customer service nor knowledge of what to do and then you get a very unhelpful response. As another reviewer mentioned “ Argos used to be good but now they’re the store/ company to avoid and I intend to do just that.
