My review is more about customer service. We ordered items as we had just relocated to London to our new apartment and didn’t even have sheets or pillow to sleep on. We arrive few minutes late to pick up the items but the lady at Brixton Branch called Agnieszka saves the day. She opened the doors for us though they were already closed and after hearing our distress she decided to help us even though she was ready to finish her shift and close up for the day. She was a god sent. Our last minute angel. Thank you for helping us move into our home faster.
