After shopping in Asda Aberdare I realized the bill was incorrect. I returned to the customer service with the bill and goods and pointed out the error, which was costing me an extra £8. The error was on the "extra special" menu, of 1 main, 1 side, 1 dessert and a bottle of wine for £10.
I was told there was no error as the tillcould not be wrong. It took me over half an hour to convince them I was right and get my money back. However the worse for me was no apology. "I m sorry for your inconvenience sir" would have made a big difference.
