I just have to say that after trying the other Supermarkets, the Steak from Asda is the best I have ever tasted . I cook it in my Air Fryer and it melts in your mouth. Thank You Asda for making my Steak and Chips night PERFECT.

What happened asda !? You used to be one of the best stores in all ways !!! Now your one of the worst ! Prices have gone up, no more rewards!! App dosnt seem to want to work !! Looks like tescos and sainsbury's will be getting alot more custom. I used to spends hounards every month with you guys but now it doesn't seem worth it .. so disappointing. What happen to you asda !?

Asda rewards aren’t worth your storage on your phone. I’ve spent over £250 in there this week and not one penny gone on the app.

Why do the rewards stop after certain amounnt of spending, do I have to go to another supermarket where they give rewards all the time, I get to the milestones quite quickly with a big family, am I being penalised for this. Last three weeks of shopping I have nothing come into my rewards although spending the same as normal.also like to save in my christmas rewards.

Would rate lower if I could ,trying to contact someone located in the UK about on line shopping delivery that I was over charged for was impossible ,customer services for online delivery is located in India,and after phoning customer services numerous times and being passed to contact centre in south Africa I am still no closer to getting a refund ,worse custer service I have ever experienced

We went to Asda in Crawley yesterday and it wasn’t a good experience. All the fruit and veg shelves were mostly empty apart from one or two. The quality of Asda products is generally very poor with out of date products on some shelves. We were disgusted yesterday with the store presentation, especially cleanliness and the lack of products. The other issue is the Asda staff who seem to have no customer service skills and are generally very unhelpful. My partner and I have had enough and are now looking at shopping at other supermarkets.

Asda are on a mission to eliminate any sort of interaction with customers. Checkouts are being discontinued in an effort to make us all use self service tills or scanners. I do not work for you, I do not get any reduction on my shopping for serving myself, which is saving you paying someone to do it! You seriously need to be mindful about older, infirm and vulnerable customers who WANT to be served by human beings. 2 Checkouts on in Asda Blyth this afternoon, queues up the aisles and when I asked I was told there were no more Checkout staff available. Plenty staff on the shop floor, doing online customers shopping, this obviously takes priority! Won't be back, I've had enough!

Delivery driver rang me up having not found the address, was rude to me on the phone, then told me he was cancelling the order and slammed the phone down! Is this how you treat your customers?! I AM NEVER ORDERING UP ANYTHING FROM ASDA ONLINE EVER AGAIN - YOU ARE A DREADFUL COMPANY!!!!!

The delivery driver was rude and accusative. I’m Autistic and don’t answer phones at the best of times, especially from unknown callers, on the rare occasion I do it’s a marketing scam. I looked it up—no Asda number. He sent a voice mail which ended in ‘or you don’t get your Asda.’ (this was 5 mins after the first call and within the slot time). He could’ve just rung the bell said ‘sorry I couldn’t find the house, are you expecting an order? If so what is your name to confirm, please?’ Instead his manner was almost aggressive and patronising, almost shouting. I felt belittled and was left shaking. I can’t believe there is no easy way to make a complaint because he’s obviously going to do this with the next person he can’t find on the map. I’ve signed up to Tesco now, after years of solely buying from Asda.

Bad service. Customer service callers all sing from different hymn sheets. Promised a full refund and told to keep or donate food purchased. No refund appeared. A couple of weeks later, Customer services denied all knowledge of the promised refund. Further emails and was promised another manager would call.... this never happened. Such bad service. After using asda delivery for so many years, this has stopped me wanting to ever use asda again.

DISGUSTING COMPANY. Home delivery service is appalling. I received a voucher from my local councils hardship fund and I could choose which supermarket and I thought I'd go for an Asda voucher. Big regret. Made an order which was accepted but never arrived at the allocated dates and times, on phoning the customer service number I explained that I was using a valid asda voucher issued from my local councils hardship fund and that I had no other money, and unable to leave my home due to health conditions and needed essentials, the person I spoke with was extremely rude to the point of mocking me and so was not helpful at all, and so I ended the call in tears. I tried reordering over several days with the same thing happening with my order either not arriving or being cancelled. I tried on several more occasions to phone the helpline and on every occasion was met with total unhelpful staff. I then also sent several email enquiries and complaints via the complaints portal, I received confirmation these had been received but never received any correspondence back from Asda whatsoever. With that I now had an Asda Voucher that could not be changed and no money I had no other option than to spend days continuing to try to reorder and eventually my order arrived.. Being unable to leave my home due to health conditions and with needing essentials and no money apart from the Asda voucher with nothing but rude unhelpful staff when calling the so called HEPLINE and all my email complaints ignored was a desperate situation I hope I never have to be in again. So obviously I will never take my custom to Asda and will always voice my disgusting treatment from now on. To this day I never received any correspondence back from Asda following any of the occasions I I contacted Asda with this.

Online order was delivered with no milk at all- how can there be no milk! To top it all off the delivery was late, driver ignorant and customer “services” just as bad. Won’t use Asda ever again.

Staff on till do not even say good morning - no smile at all and no acknowledgement - just flinging the shopping all over the show - they must be unhappy in the job that they do - very rude they need staff training

Rated 1 out of 5 stars Dont even want to give you 1 star after… Dont even want to give you 1 star after the stress you have caused me. I'm a single mum with two children one who is two and autistic and will only drink milk however I placed a online delivery order which you took payment of 123.86 and never delivered my order so my son was without milk.....its now Monday im on the phone to them they wont put me through too a manager and saying they are gonna investigate it further ive spoken to three different advisors since saturday and all they keep doing is repeating themselves and now the advisor called RON said the status is showing as delivered!!! I'm absolutely furious ive recieved no delivery and no refund and im now left with no money in my account to feed my children how is this fair ..it as caused my anxiety to sky rocket!

I had glasses fitted around two weeks ago. The lady who helped me in the Asda Portlethen shop in Aberdeen name was DONNA. I just wished to Thank her for her professionalise, help and kindness when I chose two pairs of glasses. She was very honest in her opinion which I appreciated very much. 5 * to DONNA , I am absolutely delighted with my two new pairs of glasses. Thank you. 👍

Done a big shop tonight, at the checkout I couldn,t scan my rewards as there was technical problems AGAIN!!! Missed out on savings, this rewards scheme is not fit for purpose. Asda is the worst supermarket, I,m sticking with Tesco.

Why do we not get rewards like before .if the app is not working fix it . Will be shopping more else where . No motivation to shop at Asda your prices are ridiculously high in the halal meat section and other foods for example chicken breast is 2£ more then other butchers or supermarkets. .you will loose customers if you don't fix the issues .
