“The item I went in for I couldn’t find, Nav helped me try to locate it and as we walked past another member of staff who had thought she had seen it, called Florence we all went to look in an area that was very spread out so more than just me looking was very helpful!
They were both very polite, professional, as helpful as they could possibly be. Even though they tried to help me we were still unsuccessful.
I did however, manage to buy items I hadn’t gone in for and the lady Karen on the till was most helpful, she dealt with lots of other issues around me but was still polite and helpful when she had to come back to me.

“I travelled to Asda in Strabane for a celebration cake. There was no one available at the printing counter so I stopped a female worker who was bringing a stock trolley onto the floor. She turned out to be a very friendly, patient and helpful assistant who went above and beyond her role in the store. Despite not usually working at that counter, when she discovered the person who did was unavailable, she set about helping me solve the issue with my phone which would not connect properly with the store app. After a substantial amount of time she was able to upload my photo, print it and apply it to the cake. All with a friendly smile. Thank you Jessica for being a star Asda employee. I greatly appreciated your help.”

“The staff at self checkouts are so nice all ways happy to help asda is always clear and the staff on the floor are helpful as well i was looking for some coat hangers the was non on the shelf i asked if had any more she said i will go and have a look in the back for you and she came out with some so happy and i love the Easter posters they have hanging in the store great touch especially when kids see them mine love them there's nothing you can do about the price of food because it's the same everywhere 👍🏻”
“I was looking for a cake for a friend's birthday and wanted to have the cake personalised. I was unsure of how to do this. I asked a young man if he could help. Kieran who works for Asda Hamilton was absolutely brilliant and really helpful. Kieran told me the process, he helped add the information to the cake on the design layout on the screen at the cakes, Kieran also checked I could have the cake specially designed for me straight away, he then sent the information to the team who put my information on the cake for my friend. I would like to recommend Kieran for an award for Excellence in dealing with customers, I am delighted Asda off this fantastic service, it's simple, straight forward and can be carried out at very short notice.
