Hi All customers of Asda , Just to let you know that if you are Asda store customer and you parked your car in Asda car park in Dunstable then your car is on risk. If some one hit and run your car no one will take responsibility for your car damage. I spoke to Asda Manager she said that its not our responsibility its council responsibility. I called council and the council transfer me to Harizon parking but they said we only take money from customers if they don't pay the parking time. I emailed Asda headoffice no response. My car is badly damage I want asad to find out and resolve this ASAP. I will raise this issue on nationwide asda stores. So Asda customers be aware while going to Asda and shoping your car is at risk . Thanks Mohammad

On entering local store, saw offer for HotX Buns at 75p - as a pensioner I bought some as a treat. At checkout I was charged £1 so went to Customer Services who asked me to show her where I picked them up. When we got there the stand had gone! We went to Bakery and saw the baker unloading this trolley onto shelves and PRICED £1. The CS said there was nothing she could do so I got a refund. I complained on line and got NO RESPONSE. So I phoned and was told their emails were down but someone would contact me when they were fixed. Ten days nothing. Escalated to CEO office and once again no response. No way to treat loyal customer

Explain to me why your so called 'live better' products which is, reformulated food,in absolutely all of your products! From mince, veg, fruits, juice, chicken, chickpeas, even your organic products!!!. It's disgusting you have got rid of perfectly healthy food and tampered with it. And all for our benefit!? lies!! Stay away from their FAKE food!!!! It's in everything!!!!

Your website is impossible to shop on. It just jumps from one thing to another and it takes hours to do a shopping. When I eventually had my shopping finished you said my slot had expired. So Goodbye Asda

Last week over Easter my delivery was cancelled just before it should have been delivered so we had no food, and this week I’ve ordered again and you give me all the wrong cat food, I asked for no substitutions so why give me different food when the shelves are full of what I ordered , every month you get it wrong maybe we should go back to the pandemic when it was a good service , but to leave pensioners without food over Easter when the shops are shut is disgusting , so every month I pay for a delivery and have to go back and collect at least 10 items that you say is out of stock and return the food that I found after the driver has left , but we have been at the shop when it opens and picked up all the things that you have said is out of stock that morning of our delivery , but funny how they are sitting on the shelf, the same as we will do this morning. You need pickers that want there job theycarexwhicwill lose you customers.

I don’t know ‘Anonymous’ Darlington but this is truly a poorly stocked store, not big enough to be a home delivery store - which it is, so locals often miss out on items they need or want. The prices displayed are often wrong too. The consistently worst Asda l have ever been in in my life, but have no choice as don’t drive now and nearest to home. Unless l order from Sainsbury’s - which is often cheaper.

If I could give Asda no stars I would, I placed an order paying for an express delivery and didnt receive the order despite the app saying it had been delivered. Their own customer service tam told me on two separate calls it would arrive by third party delivery driver, guess what still no delivery and now ASDS are telling me they will not refund the mines either. Very Unhappy and will take this further.

Well done Asda , this is for all the elderly , disabled or pensioners we had our delivery cancelled hour and a half before delivery last night 30 th March that was to be at 7pm Saturday you had all day to tell us this was going to happen obviously some untruths there, over Easter the shops are not open on the Sunday so no food and the money wouldn’t go back in till the following week because you had a delivery problem , you could of told us earlier and at least we would of had food for the holiday, but all we were told we could re order but wouldn’t get it till the the earliest Tuesday I think Saturday to Tuesday is a long time to wait with no food don’t you !!!!!!! for it to come the following week, so with no food and you offered £10 off I wasn’t after money off just my food that I had already paid for because you take the money even before it was picked , Tuesday is quite a while to wait for my food to possible turn up or was you going to cancel that delivery as well, you are disgusting, and all disabled , elderly and pensioners need to know that have been using you for years or are think of using you just forget it go to one of the other good stores, what a let down you really are , don’t big yourself up with this one person that you have done good for when you let others down, you have probably done this to others , disgusting, no stars.

OFF LOADING ALMOST OUT OF DATE FOOD TO HOME DELIVERIES Drivers on home delivery helpful, disabled household, but SHORT DATE PRODUCTS constantly being sent or substitutes that are just stupid! They actually refused to refund goods despite the food use by dates being the stuff you see in the whoops discounted counter but they wanted full price! Today wheelchair user forced to take photos to get a refund, as the helpline said ASDA doesn't keep track of use by dates, how bad can you as a food supplier get! Leigh area, Lancashire, England,

Same delivery driver cancelled our drop twice as a disabled client and when complained on the phone expressing my feedback that I was promised the management will contact me within 24-48 hrs. It's been over a week and they clearly not interested or bad communication from Asda. I've always used Asda since I was young and now I have to shopped elsewhere that's £124 of groceries Asda lost from one order.

Absolute disgrace!!! ordered food to be delivered on Mothers Day ,booked slot , they tried to deliver earlier than time and we wasn’t in , then get phonecall saying can’t deliver for original time as van broke down so will have to deliver tomorrow at 10am , agreed with that , next day , 12pm still no delivery , was told willl be here before 2pm , said great but don’t deliver between 12.50 and 1.20 as got to take child to nursery . Tried to deliver at 1.12pm and we wasn’t in , so Rang again said have to collect from store at thurmaston . We go to thurmaston - no order there . They Sent us to wrong store !!! So had to go abbey lane , collected order , ordered £252 worth of food , got home , checked order , loads missing , mouldy peppers too , rang store , 3 days later still waiting for a phone call . Filled in missing items on Asda complaints to be told no refund for missing bits , so got to go back to store tomorrow. Still isn’t sorted out. Was offered a £50 voucher which we weren’t given then to be told only £30 which we will be credited into our bank , still not received , also on the day the van broke down was supposed to be credited £10 for the inconvenience for not receiving food that day , still haven’t received that either . Won’t be using these again as left out of pocket, haven’t received all the food so had to go Aldi and buy another £50 worth to cover meals for the kids

My disabled daughter has always shopped in Asda and we always said how nice the staff were and how the food was good value for money. She always spent between £200 to £300 every shop. On occasions because of her disability she has done online orders and has never had any problems. Last year some time she placed an online order again for a very big shop, when the shopping arrived my daughter was on her own so asked the driver if he would help her to take her shopping up one flight of stairs, she had never had any problems before as most of the other drivers she had asked always helped as they could see she was struggling to do it on her own, she usually has someone with her but was on her own. The driver was very rude and said he was not insured to carry her shopping and if he hurt himself was she going to pay him sick pay. She told him to stop shouting at her and told him to just leave it and she would wait till her neighbour came home to help her. She was very upset but then she just forgot about it. She has still continued to go to the shop for her shopping but if she is having difficulty walking she does her online order. Last year approx October or November she tried to do an order and it all seemed to go through but was then cancelled at the very last minute. We didn't think anything of it so I took her to the store to help her get her shopping. Then on Friday 15th March she again placed an online order and once again it was cancelled! We still could not understand it but then someone who I know who used to work for Asda told me that she had probably been blacklisted for home deliveries because of what happened with the driver! I am so shocked that the word of one person against another has now left my daughter unable to get an online order with yourselves, I wish now that my daughter had complained at the time of the incident but although she was really upset by it she felt she didn't want to get the driver into trouble for being so rude to her. I understand that drivers don't help take someone's shopping up stairs for them and as I said usually my daughter has someone with her or on the few occasions she was on her own the driver has been very kind and helped her, but this particular driver was so rude to her and was shouting at her, and yet he has returned to the depot and obviously complained about my disabled daughter. I am so disappointed that we have only just realised and been made aware that she has been blacklisted as no one from Asda has ever contacted her when she has done an online order to let her know why it was cancelled. Myself and my daughter will now no longer shop with yourselves and once I let my friends and family know I'm sure they too will take their custom elsewhere which is really disappointing as we always looked forward to shopping in Asda. I just wish my daughter had been contacted so she could have given her account of what happened on the day in question as it now seems that regardless of whether a driver or member of staff are rude to customers or give bad customer service they will always be believed over a customer.
