the customer care does not exist and there onlins shopping is a joke then they complain when you want your money back and try and call you a liar when you gave the products back to the driver and there have not done the refund, any way im using another big supermarket online the last 3 weeks and i aint had 1 subtitution or unavaiable, granted might pay little more but has my mother said get what you pay for so that it asda cheap and no customer service.

The customer care for this company does not exist. I was having deliveries and paid monthly for a pass but cancelled it due to the chilled and fresh meat arriving way passed the delivery date so out of date which I think is trades description issue, when I complained they blocked my bank card so I can not use it again, when I tried to discuss having this card issue resolved they said I had to send in a bank statement that is totally disgraceful and disappointing that a company such as them make their own rules up instead of taking complaints seriously. This company should be banned in this country we have plenty of other shops that are far better. So now I use Morrisons, Tesco, Iceland, ad-lib and Lidl. Asda you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Short dates Missing items Poor substitutes Squashed food Don't want to refund So basically Asda are thieves and get away with it. They don't care. They need to be reported and investigated.

Their raisins, berries and cherries taste bizarre. They taste oily and acrid. I used to like them. What have they done to them. ASDA have ruined them.

I spent nearly £100s in my weekly shop at the Bletchley, Milton Keynes store on the 19th September 24 but couldn't find my phone to add the points to my rewards. I found my phone in the car and went to the customer service desk to help. The lady told me to call 08003317409 who could do this. I rang the number and the woman I spoke to said this was incorrect and the points couldn't be added. Someone needs to make sure they know the rules on this as I wasted my time and as you can do this at other stores when you can't find your phone or card at the time, they will HELP. Your phone line was a waste of space and trying to email yourselves is like navigating a remote country!!!

ASDA "main for 2" vegetable chow mein - total disaster. Main for two??? Hardly enough for one. Sloppy mess of overcooked wet noodles in a greyish "garlic and ginger" sauce that tasted of virtually nothing, surrounded by a few bits of raw vegetable. Whoever wrote the description of the thing on the label obviously had a lot of fun, and has a wildly overactive imagination. Well, I have learned my lesson. Won't bother buying it again.

I will never spend my money with asda again, not only don't you receive your shopping but you get refused a refund I had to fight for weeks for shopping that wasn't delivered because there was a mix up at the depot and still no refund, luckily enough my bank gave me the £96 that asda decided to take without delivering the goods !! THEIFS.... if you do manage to get your shopping It's full of Substitutions and if you hand them back to the driver's you still don't get a refund, Honestly asda is a shambles! Out of date food, or delivery on the date the food expires, loads of Substitutions, Get constantly refused refunds for iteams not received .. My advice Don't waist your time with asda I'll be shopping else where from now on

I had an order scheduled for delivery on Saturday 7th September. The order was NEVER delivered despite the fact on my account it is showing as delivered! I spoke to customer services who cancelled the order (or at least that was what I was told) my account tells a different story!. I was promised refund within 3-5 working days that has been and gone so far no refund. I have emailed on at least five occasions, and tweeted once. I have had a reply to my tweet, gave the info asked for. I am now waiting to hear exactly what happened. I noted on the tracking that the delivery times kept changing. I smell a rat here and that usually means you ate dealing with one. I will never shop with Asda again Online.

Asda staff are lazy,hide away from actual work. 1 till for anyone with shopping which is stupid as could be in cues for upto 1hr. The shelves are always derelect,foods like fruit and veg are either on way off or too hard to enjoy. Staff are rude when need assistance. Toilets are always stinking or closed off.

Stop trying to FORCE us to self service. I have recently visited an Asda store in Aberdare for the first time in 3 years. I stopped using Asda previously due to the lack of staffed checkouts and the insatiable thirst they have to FORCE us all onto self service. Wow, it was worse than before with only 3 staffed checkouts and long queues to get served. I just left the trolly and went to Lidl instead. As I left I wanted to fill up with petrol but they have even stopped putting staff in the filling station. Needless to say, I went to a local independent supplier instead. Asda, are you just trying to drive your customers away? I certainly won't be back, and this shows why Asda are now the only one of the big four supermarkets who are losing market share. I was detained by security and staff at one of ASDA stores for allegedly not paying for some goods on the self checkout till. after the distressing situation was sorted and i was wrongly detained i was allowed to leave but before i did leave the manager threatened me THREE times with violence. I have tried to make a complaint and been fobbed off with BS emails addresses. disgraceful company and ZERO respect

I ordered Sushi via the web page for nice meal surprise for my wife, On the morning the delivery driver arrived with my stuff, but guess what he told me we I had a substitution, instead of Sushi I got a Prawn Sandwich what are they doing?

Always send short date items food is poor quality.They dump the crates at front door and expect you to sort through and carry inside. I was so disappointed in their service I joined Ocado ! What a breath of fresh air they are. Shopping all packed in bags and carry them inside for you. Free six months delivery pass plus incentive money off your orders. Thank you Asda for your shoddy groceries and appalling customer service. I have found a wonderful new shopping experience with OCADO 5 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I collected my order and yes I did order clothes in 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure what size to order!! I have tried to fill in the returns form on line but it’s too complicated can I just take the clothes with the delivery label back to the store

Worst service ever . Changed my delivery day on app and still the can't do it call the customer service the said its what it's we will refund you the money they wast my time now I have shop somewhere als . Strongly I don't recommend ASDA . SHOCKING SERVICE . I spoke to manager in customer service MR Nadim and he said there is nothing I can do about it . Gave him my email no email been sent yet .

Purchased out of date meat. Distgusted by the behaviour of the manager at Adsa. Cemetery Rd Bradford. I purchased meat from Asda on 20th July that had a use by date of 23rd. During cooking the smell wasn't right and I also checked the other packs of chicken they to had a bad smell. I returned these on the 22nd of July after coming back from work. The manager said he wasn't obliged to give me a refund. I told him of my cosumer rights and was not happy with his customer care.

Asda Customer Service -0800 952 0101 I have an ongoing complaint about ASDA - Tamworth (240604-005991) where I have been banned because I didn't agree with the Store Manager. I have spoken to Asda Customer Services, asking if I can take the matter to the next level as I feel the ban was unjustified. They were no help at all and stated that the Store Managers decision is final. I asked who who is above the Store Manager, to be told they can't give that information. Asda Customer Services are a joke and very unhelpful. They did have an email address but that broke, her words. They can't fix it, company worth millions can't fix an email address. Can't enter the store to resolve the situation, cant get any help from the support desk and they don't have a working email address. I have also emailed the Store Manager 3 times asking for an update and no response, disgusting people management skills and customer services. Feedback from the Executive Relations Team. 'I have now spoken with George and I am afraid that at this time, the ban will be remaining in place, I have enquired if Home deliveries would still be an option for you so that your daughter can still have the items she is familiar with, George has confirmed that online orders will still be processed for you, but unfortunately, I cannot overturn the ban in relation to the store.' How DISGUSTING of George, he's taken the incident personally and not as a Store Manager. Hasn't even taken into account my daughters DISABILITY and the need to support her autism.
