Hello. I would like to make good review for ROXY based at Swinton store Salford. Roxy is always efficient and helpful even when under pressure with customers waiting self serve. I've asked her for support many times snd she always gives it with a smile.

Generally very good, dates are close to use by times, and the trays the food is delivered in have been very dirty recently

Asda Lincoln should employ someone to take all empty boxes off shelves and bring boxes out of site forward. Today it looked like a bomb site especially in biscuit and confectionery sections.

I shop at Eastlands Asda Clayton, on my visit yesterday l noticed a shortage of products in many different areas, so l was not happy. Then on going through check-out l thought “that bill was higher than l had expected” When l arrived home l did a check list against the products, then l check off the prices but kept getting a different total amount. I got my calculator out and noticed, in between each total listed on the bill there was difference, so l listed all product prices again and came up with a cost of £1.65 overcharged (it’s not a high amount, but in this climate, every penny counts as a pensioner) whether this was caused by the conveyor belt kept stopping and starting, is there a start up fee on the belt ! So people keep your eye on the TOTAL PRICE and check and double check. Things are too expensive to being overcharged aswell !

Went on line to buy a russel hobb 3 in 1 blender priced on line £28 from£34 I TRIED TO DO CLICK AND COLLECT to find can't collect for 3 days, so checked store availability to find it was in stock. We drove 13 miles to find that tge price of £28 was only on.line .I find click snd collect archaic as most places can pick in 1 hour .Come on Asda get your act together and stop ripping customers off . After fuel to and from and having to pay £6 more .Even next day delivery was cheaper than what we paid.

I have always been quite happy with Asda, but this morning as made me quite mad and pondering how their brain works. I went to do my weekly shop and went to the vegetable Isle to get some carrots There was ready bagged carrots in plastic bags, and pick your own, so being conscious that they are trying to cut down on plastic I picked my own 12 large carrots, then nothing to put them in, I put them loose in my basket, thinking they must bag them at the checkout, I also picked up a cauliflower, in a PLASTIC BAG as they all was, got to checkout and the carrots came through loose, I asked the girl if I could have a bag for them and she said no because they are cutting down on plastic, (I'm all for this, but what is wrong with a paper bag,) So I said I agree but I have bought a cauliflower that DON'T need a plastic bag and it's one item but it's got one on SO I CARNT SEE THE SENSE, 12 carrots and they have no alternative bags to take them home but a single cauliflower needs a plastic bag, and bananas in a plastic bag,

Asda frozen sausages now only 16 in a bag. Reducing the amount but keeping the price the same. Do they think we won't notice.

I was very unhappy with my Asda delivery. I received short dated ham and the pork i received was one which would have been left on the shelf instore. About 25% of the weight was fat. I ordered 3 tassimo coffee packs, two latte and one flat white. Flat white was subsituted with Americano. A discerning store would have seen that my clear choice was white coffees. Had i refused the substitution i would have lost the deal. One thing i will give five stars for was the timely delivery and the extremely nice and helpful lady driver. Other than that, i was very disappointed and only in an emeregency (and possibly not even then) will I use them again.

Good choice and good prices, quite often receive unsuitable substitutes

The main problem with ASDA is that too many items are missing from my order when it’s delivered. In total from the last three deliveries I had approximately 25 items missing, that equates to 37%. Also despite selecting no substitutes when placing the order I still got substitutions. I can no longer trust Asda To fulfil my orders properly. No more shopping with Asda for me

Last year our Christmas turkey & bacon can from an expensive wholesalers with disappointing results. This year a simple foil dish turkey & bacon joint from asda and the flavours were so much better, both good value too.

I suppose to have a delivery today Thursday 2/12/2021. Between two pm to three pm. They just phoned up and said the delivery driver had to go home. Asda should have relief drivers to take there place for delivering foods etc to there customers. What a waste of space Asda are. There willing to take money from you for the goods. But cannot keep there promises.
