“I've been shopping as asda for a number of years. I particularly liked FRENCH style coffee which, unfortunately, is no longer for sale in your store or online!!!! Please bring it back it was the best French coffee in the country ....”
“Been shopping at Asda for over 25 years and have never tasted anything quite so awful as ASDA SLOW COOKED HOG ROAST WITH SAGE AND ONION STUFFING. The meal was predominately just a mass of tasteless stuffing. Did they forget the pork? I'm afraid this meal went straight in the bin not your usual standard by far what went wrong?”
“just went to asda Tiptree lady on door just looking around , people not cleaning there hands. no spray to wash the trollys . not good !! .. i thought asda may have leart by the last outbreak in there with the manager.. !! the virus is getting bad again and nobody is doing anything to try to help keep it away ... very concerning ...”
“After my experience with Asda on line shopping I will not be using Asda again after £33.59 worth of my shopping was missing from phoning up straight away to inform Asda to be turned down a refund made me feel I was not telling the truth .after sometime after phoning again finally gave me a refund I am disappointed with there service so I will not be returning to Asda for my shopping no more”
“I have found Asda to give the best online shopping service.
Slots are easily available, online service good, drivers friendly and reliable and the only online shop that delivers TV magazines.
I would have given 5 stars but for the following. Why oh why do drivers not wear masks. I live in a high covid risk area. This week a driver, a very nice man I might add was telling me how he had been to three different customers who had covid 19 and how two had not told him until he had been talking to them a good while. It left me very worried as he had been talking to me and was not wearing a mask. Hopefully the mask I was wearing will protect me but surely it is really important for drivers to wear masks, shoppers are told to wear them so what is the difference?
I will see what the next few weeks are like and may have to change to another company if this policy is not changed.”
“I'm a long time asda customer now but the choice of goods has gone down but not the price eg Crisps walkers own the market so asda get a good deal but the saving isn't passed on to the shoper you can buy cheaper in most other shops so we do this go's for other products in store too”
“Asda don't seem to have any stock allocation system for online ordering, they are getting advance orders were they have 2 weeks notice of sales in their database and they are taking this resource and throwing it over their left shoulder for luck, the order gets picked on the day of delivery and you get whats in stock on that day.
The online ordering process is also strange in that when you amend an order that is due for delivery in 9 days the current stock levels are checked and any items that are currently out of stock must be deleted from the order before the amends can be saved, which means you have to amend your order again the following day to put the items back on order that you were forced to remove yesterday while deleting the items that are out of stock today.
There must be a better system than this”

“Why are people still entering Asda without wearing masks? When Security Staff approached was told guard didn't believe it was really relevant 'if ur going to get it, masks won't save u' then walked away. Good old Asda!”
“Yesterday I made a roast dinner for myself and a friend
As I did my shopping at Asda I had bought Asda Extra Spec itial Goose Fat Roast Potatoes
I cooked them as instructed but when we came to eat them we both felt that they were still quite hard in the middle
Today we had them again but I cooked them for an extra 5 minutes
Again they were still quite hard in the middle
I usually find your Extra Special range very good but on this occasion I have to say that I am very disappointed with this particular product
I bought them at your Clayton Green Store which is near Chorley Lancashire
In hindsight I think that 3 stars was more than generous 2.5 is probably more realistic
I look forward to hearing from you

“Went to Asda queslett great Barr today and I dont understand why they have take the arrows and no entry signs off the floor In the isles. I know masks are to become mandatory are they going to refuse entry to those not wearing one , I noticed a number of people without a mask.”
“I was in Asda govan Helen street today, this is a supermarket that I use regular so much so that we have gotten to know some of the staff who are very pleasant and seem genuinely concerned when you have not been in for in a few days. My experience within the store has always been pleasant even in these difficult times, that is until today. I was in store buying essential items and a magazine for my mother who is in her 80’s and unable to go shopping as she is in a high risk category. While I was there I picked up a gardening magazine for myself but could not see the price so I was moving packaging about to see if I could see the price that is when I was verbally abused by a staff member, she informed me that if I had no intention of taking the magazine then to put it down, I explained that I was looking for the price, again in very arrogant manner she said all I had to do was ask then turned away from me and went back to sorting the shelf she was working on, I looked on in disbelief as I would have expected her to say if you give me it over I will help you with the price, that did not happen. Instead I then had to ask her for the price to which she told me in a very condescending manner, a price I never caught and I sure as hell not asking her to repeat this. I took the magazine and then asked her her name which she refused to give, that is fair enough she then again aggressively said that I should not be handling the magazine with gloves on if I was not going to purchase it, I had never said I was not going to purchase it so she had made this assumption on her own merit. Maybe she thought I could not afford this or something else but all the years I have worked in retail we were taught never to judge a book by its cover. I reported this to a manager and i’am going to assume that he has dealt with this in an appropriate manner. As I said to the manager, it is not what she was telling me it was the manner in which it was done. I also came out the store confused as this assistant said that I should not be touching any of the magazine with latex cloves on but I was under the assumption as advised by health officials that we should be wearing gloves and masks were we cannot distances safely, I know that in the aisles within your store as much as you try you cannot always guarantee social distances. Because of this I now feel with the abuse that I received and the mixed messages your staff relayed it is not safe to shop within this store. It’s such a shame that one bad apple can place a black mark against your store.”
“I have shopped with Asda for many years mainly home delivery the only problem I have is not being able to return my substitutes to the driver and being told to return them to the store which I can’t do as I’m disabled this is due to covid 19 also on the app there is no bit where u can either decline subs for the item that’s not there or to receive the sub it would make life a lot easier ,also Asda is taking out the money the day before ur shop , my last shop I bought the chicken with the rice heated it up and felt sick looking at it the rice was soggy still leaves in it I take it they were cooking leaves but so disappointed what were they thinking when they were making this item !!”
“This is only my 2nd time shopping with Asda online will continue to. However I've discovered that I can't checkout using my iPad but the app on my phone is very good and works. I would ask the staff to look into this, otherwise very good.”
“Recently went to click and collect at Asda Leigh . All went well including text that items were ready and phone call to say where I should pull up with car due to the store changes . But disappointing had to go customer services beforehand and no real organisation at the entrance for customers in or out has customer where not 2 meters away and were passing near too each other . That’s why I wear a face mask for added protection. But the collection at back of store went well .”
