“They haven't really. New building following a fire! But not really enjoyable. Staff are miserable, layout is weird, they didn't even offer local customers that were inconvenienced by the several months of closure any voucher of any kind.”
“I have ordered from Asda many many times. The website is easy to use and there is a lot of choice and great offers and my shopping bill al2ays comes lowest at Asda. However, I get so many substitutions and some are just no way near the original product I ordered. The last time there were 10 substitutions and this is really not helpful when planning for kids summer camp lunches. You don't know if you will get what you ordered. If you don't go for substitutions then loads of items won't arrive. The driver is always friendly and helpful.”

Someone from their customer service should have phone me and spoken to me so that I could give new card details over the phone. Because they did not do this I am without food today, and will have the massive inconvenience of shopping on the high street. I am disabled so this is a huge, huge hassle. You can do much better Asda. Don't be so lazy with your customer service, look after your customers please!”
