A friends elderly Mother has had her regular slot taken off her...... it has been given to a vulnerable person!!!!!! She herself is 87 years old lives on her own and is not capable to dog to a shop to get food. She is very vulnerable. How can you explain this when she has had the same slot for over a year and pays a fee for the slot!!
It's very worrying at the huge amount of mostly needless plastic packaging that people end up taking home after shopping in supermarkets as well as the huge amount of plastic packaging that goods are delivered wrapped in to supermarket stores, can asda change or insist that their suppliers and yourselfs as some of the leading plastic users which is a major problem to our environment use other more environmental packaging ideas of which there is many,
We buy Asdas sausages and have tried other makes and cannot find anything as good including the butchers, and the only thing that disappoints is the black plastic.Are there any plans to use another type of packaging ie some kind of a waxed card board?
Who may I express my disappointment to regarding the change in minimum spend on online groceries ? It would hold great value to myself to talk to somebody in the hope Asda does not lose my custom as this unfortunately at the moment looks likely to be the outcome.
Why don’t you do Halal ready meals and healthy sort like all the other ready meals . i only seen 2 Halal ready meals and they are not nice . you could make other curry ready meals , chinese etc like the ones you sell and the healthy tubs ready meals .. you need to give more variety for working people Who eat Halal .. so much choice but only thing stopping me to buy is they not Halal
I have shopped at Asda fourty years now, tried all the others but still shop at Asda, the thing is I have to travel to Morrisons for fresh dressed crab or white crab meat fresh or potted fresh brown crab paste. Asda used to sell crab spread on the fish counter in tubs but not had any for months even on the fresh fish stall canned is not the same
Why when I found a black beetle in my bistro salad have you not replied from 07/08/18 Ready to eat washed how did it get into a sealed bag really site will not let me up load video or pictures be careful guys beetle and beetle poop probably in all pre washed salad in bag .. not on Twitter or Facebook ideas how to get it out there xxxx cheers

Why does Asda request feedback on my experience of using their online service?, when they still do not take any notice, judging the reviews (including my own) I have read. This store used to be so lovely, I know I used to work for them in the late 1990s.
Nowadays it is hard to recognise this store anymore, Why don't they use the customers feedback to improve the service they outline so well in their TV Ads?
