I am very disappointed with the way ASDA reacted to my problem with a faulty toy, a market stall that needed assembling. The pieces were not correct and Customer Services were unable to tell me if the toy was in stock at any other store within a 50 miles radius. When I returned the faulty item to my local ASDA I was told I would have to wait up to a week for a refund. Surely they could organise refunds over the counter in a store. Surely ASDA can find suppliers who can provide the correct goods. Very poor all round. This was a Christmas present for granddaughter. Forced to waste much time finding a similar item elsewhere. Nil stars for this experience.

Asda Langley Mill I’ve shopped here for years and stock availability is decreasing every week, the shelves are constantly empty on everyday products. I literally spend half the amount every week than what I used to. I consistently have to go to Sainsbury’s for items I can’t get here.

I was very disappointed that many grocery items were not delivered this afternoon, and made a complaint to customer services. I was therefore extremely surprised and pleased to hear a knock at my door this evening and to find it was my same delivery driver with a crate full of the missing items. Well done to this very conscientious Asda delivery driver. Thank you. I wish I had taken his name or given him a tip.

I have shopped with Asda for many years. I took my motherinlaw for her shopping each week on a Wednesday morning in Robroyston in Glasgow. We received excellent service with members of staff always polite and always recognised us each week. Great staff and great service. However, since my motherinlaw passed away in 2016 , I have used the online service, which I found to be very good, until recently. My problem has been with the newly changed website being slow and freezing constantly. I complained last week by phone. I am aware that some might say that my laptop is the problem, but I have now successfully placed an order with tesco as I was unable to use the asda website ? I do not have this problem with any other website and with asda it has only been within last month. The service from Asda otherwise is usually excellent. If things go wrong sometimes , its never a bother to refund me. 50% of my eggs were cracked last month and they refunded me without a problem and the driver was very apologetic. Drivers always helpful and corteous. Hope the website problem is sorted out soon

Have been a loyal customer with Asda for years. After breaking my heel and being in plaster I did on line shopping.Today my slot was 2-3pm.Still waiting at 3.30pm so rang customer services.Eventually got to speak to someone.Just told me to go to click and collect. Can't drive with a plaster cast.I asked if my order could be rescheduled. No was the reply.I cancelled. I have now ordered from Tescos. After a while I received a text from Asda trying to get me to reorder. No way .Won't use them again.

Asda does makes me happy in that when was saving money a bad thing ? Answer : Never ! Visited oldbury store recently and saved a good few pounds here instead of going to my regular supermarket. One thing I would say in your favour, bread, finally I have found a bakery that know how to bake it properly hurray !. Regular sliced breads from other suppliers just don't do it for me, it has no taste, but your's has. So saved dough and found some I can eat. Great. Thanks Asda.

Self Checkout tills used to be faster. After a recent software update, it looks like it’s lagging. Very annoying, wish you could change it back.

I recently had a home delivery from Asda. Due to an illness I felt it would be easier to do an online shop and have it delivered. The driver was not happy about me ordering 72.00 worth of food, made up of frozen, store cupboard and fresh. I explained that I wasn’t too well and wasn’t sure when I would next go shopping. He wasn’t over helpful and still expected me to go out to the van to help bring the shopping in. The quality of the goods was fine, except for the fruit. It was so under ripened I’ve decided to rename ASDA, ASDA Aggregates.com as they’ve minded the stuff from the centre on the Earth!

Not a patch on Sainsbury's when using self scan and a problem arises there is never any staff to solve your problem. At Sainsbury's they have to Mann the self scan.

I came in to day saw some chocolate biscuits on a stand that said a pound when I got to the till it went through at 1.99 so I went to customer services they went to check and she said it was from a pound so I returned the 2 packets i think if you are wonting to keep your customers would it be more beneficial to you to say on this occasion it could of been read as a pound so I will refund you the difference back but no i was made to feel stupid no smile no sorry have your customer staff retained in to how to interact with customers

I have been shopping online with Asda for over 6 months now. Every week they make substitutes on at least 6 items, I know i can opt not to take substitutes but really!! some of the substitutes they provide for some things are quite ridiculous, Whoever is making up the orders really need to have a little bit more common sense. I ordered espresso coffee pods they substituted them for XXL coffee ??? ( I mean if i ordered a Mini from a garage and they delivered a Mini bus. ) order medium Always pants they send large. order long plus Always pads they send small, mozzarella cheese substitute cheddar, screw in light bulb substitute a bayonet bulb ?? Large dog dentastix substitute small dog dentastix, the list is endless and on a weekly basis I have to complain to them. Like most normal people when shopping I buy a weeks worth of groceries, Only to find that when the groceries arrive the FRESH meats, poultry, fish etc have only 1 day date left on them as do the cold meats. I mean if your order 3 packs of cold meat on the 7th why would you want 3 packs that go out of date on the 8th ?? Who eats 3 packs of cold meat in one day?? again I blame who ever is making up the orders if they just used a little common sense, or I wonder, are they being told to send out all the nearly out of dates to online customers orders?? We are paying customers just the same as the ones that go into the stores. I wonder would they like to be on the receiving end of these orders?? and today order arrived with 2 missing Items and 2 items that go out of date tomorrow
