Purchased an APPLE gift card on 15/06/25 for £10, I attempted to add it to my Apple account whilst at the store, it failed to work, i immediately spoke to customer services at ASDA Tunstall, they were completely disinterested and stated that I need to raise the issue with Apple.
Shocking service, I’m glad I only asked for £10 on the card now and not £250, if not resolved it will be a buyer beware advertisement so that others avoid trying to purchase gift cards from Asda.
