He brought my shopping in, helped me unpack it and then managed to take the security tag off a bottle of gin which was needed for Saturday. “People only write about what they’re not happy about when visiting supermarkets such as Asda. Today I went into my local store and witnessed an extremely rude customer speaking to a young lad in a way I wouldn’t treat an animal. He was calm and courteous and under no circumstances deserved to be spoken to in such a way. This was because Asda don’t stock the cigarette tips she was after. Absolutely disgusting behaviour and no one was there to back him up.
He was clearly shook up by the whole ordeal. So please bear a thought for the young assistants who are there to help and not be spoken in such a disrespectful manner. They don’t get paid enough to put up with that.”

“I have bought pizza from the pizza counter where they make them for you. I go the the Old Diary Ruislip Asda. I am always served by a lady called Sarita Verma. Such a lovely kind person. Listens carefully makes wonderful pizza. Her customer services and care is super amazing. Thank you Sarita and Asda.

“Excellent delivery tonight by Asda to my home, the driver was really friendly and this made a change to some other brand supermarket drivers. He was smartly dressed and did not rush me.
He was a few minutes early which was great for us as it was an evening delivery. .
Asda is the only supermarket who has given us bananas that last for the whole week until our next shop, so saving us money without wastage.”

“I'm a lover of George clothes and also their home items. I am a regular shopper in the store at the Fort in Easterhouse. I've never had a complaint to make about any item I've purchased or the staff and customer service they provide. However, this morning the store was particularly busy, but with plenty of staff on the checkout, it was moving pretty fast... I did notice that there was one voice calling for customers to go to the bottom tills. ANGELA ⭐️ was her name, she seemed to be getting through more customers with a very PLEASANT manner, no rushing, smiled and made conversation the whole time she was serving. (A few of the others seemed to be under pressure).
Also while shopping I was looking for a mirror to try on a hat, I asked an elderly male store assistant where i could find one, instead of directions, he lead me straight to the other end of the store to the 'one and only mirror' 🤣 Well done, I'm impressed. Especially with Angela ⭐️ What a great asset to your team ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
