Totally unhelpful and staff who even at the customer service couldn’t tell me if they stocked a simple product such as molasses.
The best service I received was being told to look everywhere I would expect it to be and if not, then they may not have it.
The worse was “I don’t know” and then carried on stacking the shelf.
It’s like a different world at my local Sainsbury’s.
