I ordered a cordless iron with my grocery, it was obviously a return, had been unpacked and repacked badly with loose packaging and a sticker at the bottom of the box. Trying to get a refund has proven to be a problem, even though I sent photos, as requested, I had a choice of returning to a store which I cannot do and which, according to some reviews elsewhere is not possible anyway, or making another online order and handing it to the driver. So I have to shop with them again in order to get a refund? I was told however I could then refuse the grocery delivery on the doorstep and just hand the iron over to the driver......waste of resources , fuel etc. no Asda that cannot be right??? I was cut off on the helpline, tried to phone the store got a recorded message and no person answering, have emailed customer service , but of course they are probably the same people who run the helpline. Not sure what I will do, it has a '100 day satisfaction guarantee' on it so I have a lot of time to decide my next course of action!
