Next to useless ordering system. I'm forced to order online because they don't stock it instore. I place in basket with other stuff I don't need just so I am allowed to order without being charged a £3 fee. They take the order and my money, THEN, on the day I'm due to pick up, inform me the thing I originally made the online order for, wanted isn't available. What, you couldn't work that out before taking my money?????
The insult here is the time they have wasted, I mean, who the hell do you think you are? Absolutely garbage.
