I received my online order and realised 12 items were missing which totalled around £18.
I logged this online and requested a refund.
This was subsequently declined.
I then contacted the call centre and they have now passed my details to another department as they need further information. I was told to keep checking my emails for any updates.
I am totally disillusioned with the whole experience as I feel that the inference is that I am lying.
Sorry Asda but you have lost a regular customer.
