Appalling service, non existent help from customer service advisors who lie through their teeth regarding processing refunds, online orders delivered with with so many missing items, too many awful, substandard substitutes and online orders delivered to the wrong address to name but a few issues I have experienced during the last few months.
I am so fed up with Asda that I have made the decision to shop with Morrisons and Tesco's in future.
