I shopped today in Rochdale I went to pay using a hand held gun but unfortunately the screen froze as did a few others ! and after numerous failed attempts to rectify it I was taken to an empty checkout and had to put my items through and pay that way although this had added an extra 30 minutes in all to my stay I would just like to say Thankyou to Lydia and Bernadette the 2 colleagues who dealt with me they were courteous and professional and even though it wasn’t their fault Bernadette apologised for the inconvenience I would hope that both these ladies where shown this email they deserve a pat on the back for working under such conditions
