On entering local store, saw offer for HotX Buns at 75p - as a pensioner I bought some as a treat. At checkout I was charged £1 so went to Customer Services who asked me to show her where I picked them up. When we got there the stand had gone!
We went to Bakery and saw the baker unloading this trolley onto shelves and PRICED £1. The CS said there was nothing she could do so I got a refund.
I complained on line and got NO RESPONSE. So I phoned and was told their emails were down but someone would contact me when they were fixed. Ten days nothing. Escalated to CEO office and once again no response.
No way to treat loyal customer
