Ordered a delivery and yet again substitutes even though it said on line the items were available, I am not being funny with the staff as I don't know what they are told to do but exchanging a vegan product for a vegetarian or meat substitute is ridiculous just give the money back which asda don't so I've decided enough is enough and I am shopping elsewhere and why are their shelves especially the freezer department always half empty I do feel asda has gone downhill the last year
