Uber was told my order was not registered so no groceries at all. No communication from Asda so telephoned to get it sorted. Was told nothing they could do and refund would take up to 5 working days. So my groceries money has came out of bank leaving me £85 down and I have no groceries. I was given a £5 voucher to compensate this absolutely dreadful experience
