I received a delivery the other day and we had a 24 pack of Vanilla Coke that was badly damaged. The driver told me to discard the damaged ones in the bin and keep the rest and he would take it off my bill. This never happened and now Asda want pictures for an £8.50 refund which I do not have as it was leaking all over my carpet. To say they are very unhelpful and possible the worst company I have dealt with for customer service. Never again will I shop at this place total shambles . They are refusing point blank to offer a refund
