I spent nearly £100s in my weekly shop at the Bletchley, Milton Keynes store on the 19th September 24 but couldn't find my phone to add the points to my rewards. I found my phone in the car and went to the customer service desk to help. The lady told me to call 08003317409 who could do this.
I rang the number and the woman I spoke to said this was incorrect and the points couldn't be added.
Someone needs to make sure they know the rules on this as I wasted my time and as you can do this at other stores when you can't find your phone or card at the time, they will HELP.
Your phone line was a waste of space and trying to email yourselves is like navigating a remote country!!!
