My home shopping wasn’t delivered. Had a message saying the driver was delayed which was ok. But an hour after the shopping still hadn’t arrived I phoned the store in redditch and spoke to home shopping section leader who said the driver cancelled the shopping because no one was home which was rubbish. I don’t know where he tried to deliver it but it to but it wasn’t to me. The section leader wasn’t helpful at all in fact she couldn’t have cared less I think she needs training in customer service skills because she clearly has none at all.
