I arranged a late night delivery which failed to arrive. When I contacted the so called customer services they offered to re deliver the following day but wanted to charge me £6 .
It should have been free for the inconvenience or at least att he original delivery fee!
Needless to say I cancelled the order. I will get my xmas booze elsewhere!
