I have tried to cancel an order both in store, on the telephone twice, via the feedback email I received following my first phone call and via Instagram.
The order has still not been cancelled.
It was placed on the 23rd November with a collection date stayed as being the 26th November.
I have had no further updates and the order is still not available for collection.
Terrible service and non existent customer service.
