As good customers we think it important that the staff are helpful. At Clayton Green Asda we had to return a parcel to Amazon, and as we are getting on a little we went to the parcel return. The parcel was obviously too large to fit into the metal container. There wasn't a sign to say that Amazon parcels need to be taken to a nearby counter. Fortunately, a staff member called Stephen, was passing and noticed our difficulty. He took charge of the parcel, carried out the necessary procedure with a smile on his face. He should be commended for being so helpful and pleasant. He does Asda proud
