I was looking for a cake for a friend's birthday and wanted to have the cake personalised. I was unsure of how to do this. I asked a young man if he could help. Kieran who works for Asda Hamilton was absolutely brilliant and really helpful. Kieran told me the process, he helped add the information to the cake on the design layout on the screen at the cakes, Kieran also checked I could have the cake specially designed for me straight away, he then sent the information to the team who put my information on the cake for my friend. I would like to recommend Kieran for an award for Excellence in dealing with customers, I am delighted Asda off this fantastic service, it's simple, straight forward and can be carried out at very short notice. I will definitely be recommending Asda to all my friends and family for ordering their birthday or other special occasion cakes. Thanks again for your help Kieran. Frank McLaren
