I wanted to order some groceries from Asda, plus some items from George. I could not place a combined groceries plus George in the same order. My combined order would have been £54 (£15 of groceries plus £39 from George). However, because my groceries shop was less than the minimum £25, I was not allowed to order, even if my total including the George items would have been higher than the minimum.
I tried to contact Customer services, but they didn't know. They kept me waiting and then sent me to another number. They couldn't help me either.
In the physical shop I could buy groceries and George items in the same place, so why not online??? I why is this not clearly explained?
I decided that Asda is not worth the hassle
