Ordered 4 items of fresh meat - of these two were unusable. The mince was blown and only had a shelf life of 2 days and the packaging on the sausages were open. E mailed customer services and they refunded the mince but not the sausages so had to e mail again.
Complete lack of customer service - this was the reason I stopped using them a few months ago but they weren't bothered. Now have to go shopping again which is totally inconvenient when I'm working nights. Do not use. I'm going back to Tesco
