Always used to pop in to store but recently started using online ordering!
Got our shopping on Saturday 30 minutes late which wasn't a problem. As my wife had ordered I just signed it off trusting everything was there. More than half our shopping wasn't delivered and now we battling with Asda to get back what we already paid for!
Has really peed me off!
I've lost trust in online ordering and will now pop in stores to shop but maybe not Asda next time!!!
