I have been a regular Asda online grocery shopper for a number of months, also previously at other times.
There is not an order received that I havent had to ring Customer Services in these last few months. From expensive cuts of meat that are continually sent out of date, 4 in my last 4 orders alone!! I receive the usual apology, followed by the refund. Each time my complaints are apparently logged and forwarded to the store concerned, however, at no point have I received a call as requested in order to make my concerns heard.
I have just received my delivery today, yet again I'm on the phone to CS regarding joints of meat that are 2 days past the use by date! Yet again I'm told my concerns will be passed on and I will receive a £10 voucher for my inconvenience! This time Asda my patience as ran out, I won't be shopping with you again, therefore your voucher remains as useless as your out of date products!!!
