UNDELIVERED ORDER | REFUSE TO REFUND
After waiting hours and talking to customer support multiple times! They weren't able to inform me of the status of the delivery scheduled for 3pm, after 5 hours later, I was told the delivery didn't leave the wharehouse because of van breakdown.
Demanded Full Refund and they insist on re-delivery after two days.
Ridiculous service, hopeless customer support and terrible management.
