The click and collect service at Asda is not a service it is a disgrace, I had to wait over 15 minutes just to get anybody to START to get my parcel, luckily I asked a member of staff passing to find out what was going on.
The click and collect point is the other end of the store to customer service desk, that shows how interested Asda is in customer service.
I will never use click and collect at Asda again.
