Order cancelled due to snow, understandable!, but 3 days on and they still not released the payment, I had to shop elsewhere........... my bank have told me its Asda who keep hold of it, they can not release it until Asda tell them to! after 6 phone calls to asda, to be be told the same old story, its not us ring your bank!
