I have tried to contact Asda Customer Services. Started with multiple choices, was put on hold for ten minutes having given my details such as name, phone number, post code, etc.
Was told that I would be put through to the appropriate department and was once again put on hold.
I then went through to a call centre in the Phillipines, who wanted all the same information that I had just given.
At no stage was I asked what I was complaining about. What a waste of time.
I will not be shopping at Asda again
