I booked a slot from 20:30 to 21:30, I got a text saying it may arrive earlier than usual. My order didn’t arrive at all, when I called customer services they told me an attempt had been made but no was able to receive the order. Which is a lie because I was looking outside my window the entire time and no attempt was made whatsoever. They were able to reschedule my delivery for the next day but by then it was too late. Never shopping online there again.
