We all want a great purchasing experience don't we? But when you deal with a company on a weekly basis buying complex products there is bound to be issues. For me the true test in any relationship is when issues occur how are they handled? Whilst I'm not a big fan of ASDA's Philippines based call centre. I understand the needs to keep the cost low. That said they always put you through to the local store. Our local representative Helen could not be more helpful every time there has been an issue she's dealt with it promptly and courteously and representing great value for me the customer . That said considering how much money I spend with these guys every week I have very very few issues and would definitely recommend ASDA's online grocery shopping service as both great value for money and ease of purchase .
