I have used Asda for home delivery for years and apart from the odd blip it’s been a pretty good service. That’s until November 2018. Since then there has been problems. The first was an order due between 8-10. The estimated arrival time was 2 am. They would not deliver the next day and I couldn’t wait up so I had to cancel. They offered £2 off my next delivery cost as compensation. The next time there were a lot of missing items. Today an order arrived. Lovely person delivering as usual. Of a 50 item order 25 were not available. This was on top of the items that had already come up as out of stock before I placed the order. Not good at all. The money was put straight back into my account but I will now have to pay for a delivery from somewhere else.
